Our team works with neurodivergent individuals across a variety of settings, including the home, school, community, and recreational environments. We value professionals who are flexible, creative, relationship-based, and committed to helping each person build greater independence, confidence, connection, and quality of life.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applicants with backgrounds or experience in areas such as:

  • DIR/Floortime and relationship-based approaches

  • Child development

  • Special education

  • Psychology, counseling, or social services

  • Independent Living Skills (ILS)

  • Community integration

  • Social skills development

  • Fitness, movement, and wellness

  • Mentoring and life-skills support

  • Working with autistic and other neurodivergent individuals

 

We also encourage students, recent graduates, and developing professionals to apply when appropriate opportunities are available.

Provide individualized, relationship-based support focused on emotional regulation, communication, adaptive skills, social development, and independence.

Independent Living Skills & Community Integration

Support adolescents and adults in developing practical skills for greater independence and participation in their communities.

Social Skills & Mentoring

Help individuals build friendships, confidence, communication skills, self-advocacy, and meaningful community connections.

Fitness, Movement & Wellness Mentoring

Use physical activity, recreation, and movement to promote confidence, regulation, wellness, and social engagement.

DIR/Floortime & Relationship-Based Services

Support developmental growth through individualized, relationship-centered interactions and meaningful engagement.
